The menu features unique cuisine, and many locally sourced ingredients, such as, from Arctic Char, Alaskan Halibut, Bison to international favourites, with a northern touch, such as,  Duck Confit, Rack of Lamb, Beef Tenderloin and hand-made Gnocchi.  Try to save room for their delicious dessert’s like the Bean North Coffee Creme Brûlée.
